These terms govern your use of Quill. They are deliberately short, because Quill is a free tool with no accounts and no payments, and there is not much to negotiate.

By using https://quillpdf.site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Ashish Jadhav, who operates Quill.
Quill is a collection of PDF tools that run in your web browser. It is provided free of charge. There is no account to create, no subscription to buy, and no paid tier. Every tool listed on the site works without payment and adds no watermark to your output.
Because the tools run locally in your browser, the quality and speed of the result depend on your device and browser. Some operations on very large files may fail for lack of memory. This is a limitation of the approach, not a defect we can fix on our side.
You keep all rights to the documents you process. We claim no licence over them and, as explained in the Privacy Policy, we never receive them.
You are responsible for having the right to process the files you open with Quill, and for complying with the law where you are. You agree not to use Quill to infringe anyone's copyright, to forge or falsify documents, to remove protections you are not entitled to remove, or for any other unlawful purpose.
Keep your own backups. Quill has no storage and no history, so a document you overwrite or lose during editing cannot be recovered by us.
You agree not to:
Quill is funded by advertising. Ads are labelled and are served by Google AdSense. We do not control which advertisers appear and do not endorse them. Any dealing between you and an advertiser is solely between you and them.
Quill is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be fit for any particular use.
In particular: a signature drawn with Quill is a visible mark on the page, not a cryptographic digital signature backed by a certificate. Redaction removes the underlying content from the file, but you should verify the result yourself before relying on it for anything sensitive. Do not use Quill as the sole safeguard where a mistake would be costly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use Quill. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to Quill is limited to zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of Quill at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
