The most useful report names the tool you were using, the browser and operating system you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a specific PDF triggered the problem, describing it helps — roughly how many pages, whether it was scanned or born-digital, whether it came from a particular program. Please do not attach confidential documents; a description is almost always enough.
Questions about what we collect, or requests to access or delete data, go to the same address. Our Privacy Policy explains what exists to be deleted, which is less than you might expect: we hold no accounts, no stored IP addresses, and none of your documents.
Copyright complaints, takedown notices and other legal correspondence should go to the same address with enough detail to identify the material in question and your authority to act on it.
Advertising on Quill is served by Google AdSense, and we do not choose or sell placements directly. If you have a problem with a specific ad you saw on the site, tell us what it showed and where it appeared and we will block it.
